Are we losers?

We have become only slightly addicted...to something that shouldn't interest us and shouldn't even be something we do. Guitar Hero. Yes, I said it. Bryan and I have been playing this game and we love it. Somehow we got our hands on a guitar controller and we rented Guitar Hero: Rock the 80s from Blockbuster. This game is so much fun! I can totally see why everyone in the 12-18 age range wants to play it. I about made a kid pass out at Steak and Shake the other night. He was sitting in the booth next to us - I was talking (and joking) about needing to get home so I could play me some Guitar Hero. I could see out of the corner of my eye this kid look at me with his jaw on the floor and then he was giggling. I said "I bet you didn't expect me to say that, huh?" He said something about how he's never heard someone who was a parent (aka "old") talk about playing that game. So, there you have it - we are teetering on the verge of Loserville. But I don't care....if it gives me a few moments of joy and the feeling of accomplishment to play this game - then I will. Oh, wait....we don't own it yet.
